There was a day last week. Nothing special on the calendar. And I caught myself shrinking from it, trying to make it smaller, quieter, more manageable than it actually was. But this is the Expansion Era. And summer is not asking you to be small right now.

This season is full. Loud. Bright. It wants you to take up space, say yes to the table, wear the thing, book the trip, host the night. Not because you have to. Because you finally can. Your presence is not too much. It has always been the point.

Let this week be the one where you stop editing yourself down to fit a room. You are allowed to be exactly as expanded as this season is calling you to be.
