You Can Take Up More Space
This Is Your Season to Be Seen
There was a moment this week. Maybe you had it too. You were in a room, or on a call, or just sitting with your own thoughts, and something in you went small. Quieter than you needed to be. Taking up less space than you actually deserve.
This is the Expansion Era. And expansion is not loud or aggressive. It is simply you, deciding to stop shrinking out of habit. You are allowed to share the idea, ask for the table you actually want, say the thing you've been holding back. The world does not need a smaller version of you.
Soft does not mean small. Gentle does not mean invisible. You can be both graceful and fully, unapologetically present.
Tip: This week, notice the moment you start to go small. Pause. Take one breath. And choose to stay.
“You were never meant to make yourself smaller to make others more comfortable. That was never the soft life.”
