I want to be honest with you about something: this season didn't look anything like what I mapped out in January. Work got heavier before it got lighter. I had to make choices I didn't see coming. And somewhere in the middle of all that stretching, I realized I was still moving forward - just not on the road I'd drawn.
I used to think a "winning season" meant everything going according to plan. This year taught me the opposite. It meant choosing peace over pressure, even when pressure was louder. It meant choosing myself, even when that choice was hard and quiet and mine alone to make. It meant trusting that what God has for me doesn't require my original blueprint to survive.
So this issue isn't a highlight reel. It's the season underneath the highlight reel - the sanctuary I rebuilt one small luxury at a time, the health I started protecting on purpose, the peace I chose on repeat until it became a little more automatic.
If you're in a season that's stretching you right now, I hope this issue feels like a hand on your shoulder. Not because everything is figured out. Because it's working anyway.
